Behnam CC is not solely concerned with the successful completion of the projects but also in the capacity building of Afghans.
Since Behnam CC self-performs most of their projects, we highly value the presence of talented Afghan engineers, professional technicians and skilled labor in this company. Therefore, we have special training courses for our employees.
However, such trainings are not only presented to Behnam CC employees but also to other engineering institution.
Behnam CC is supporting the Society of Afghan Women in Engineering and Construction (SAWEC) since it was founded. We have been providing them with training courses in CQM, Safety, Project Management and QCS.
Behnam CC also has a keen eye on gatherings and summits where Afghan and foreign companies set together to share their experience and ideas of working in Afghanistan.
