Behnam CC is a Design/Build firm, headquartered in Kabul, registered with Afghan government’s trade regulation bodies such as AISA and successfully performing construction activities in Afghanistan. This firm is managed by a team of principals having more than 10 years of experience in design, construction, management and success in engineering, construction, and various operational services throughout Afghanistan. Behnam CC prides itself in delivering its projects on time and within budget, while self-performing, to ensure the highest degree of oversight and quality assurance possible. We are specialized in serving USACE and all associated entities in their efforts to reconstruct the Afghanistan infrastructure.
