The project $1,616,646.32 consist of design and construction of a new UP District Headquarter Substation for the Afghan National Police (ANP) in Nayak Yakawlang District, Bamyan Province, Afghanistan. This project was successfully completed in one of the toughest regions in Afghanistan taking into consideration the logistical difficulties and weather.

This project consisted of design and construction of and adminstration building, kitchen annex, guard shack, perimeter wall and guard towers.
