This $28,369,159.82 project consists of design and construction of a new Infantry Kandak for the Afghan National Army (ANA) in Rushmore South District, Paktika Province, Afghanistan, composed of one Infantry Kandak and all associated appurtenances as possible to include utilities infrastructures. The project is defined as materials, labor and equipment to construct buildings, parking, utilities, and other infrastructure for a design population of approximately 802 personnel.
